The place was reasonably clean, I booked the apartment with pool views, everything was perfect. The very amiable staff provided all the necessary info. The location in a very very nice area was magnificent and ideal and there were the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. Furthermore, it was at a walking distance from Liverpool Castle. The restaurant here was cosy for meals or entertainment.

Thoroughly enjoyed my room, it was fairly quiet and ideal and with very nice large balcony, new bathroom, for instance. The most important was the staff - kind and very good people. The hotel's location was marvellous, short walk to the water park, shops restaurants pubs, and the island.

The studio suite was perfect and spacious, perfect for my needs. The newly renovated bathroom was a plus. The staff were efficient, offered good services. The setting of hotel was particularly good and fab, next to alleyway. Visited Gran Sur Shopping Centre, located relatively close to the venue.
Wi-Fi was very poor tbh and there was very uncomfortable bed in my room.

Liked our stay, had relaxing 7 days overall. The staff was efficient, amiable, and responded promptly to requests. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was new-fashioned and beautiful with a view. The facilities, such as a microwave oven, an individual safe, and a sofa bed, were all that was needed. This original and absolutely brilliant hotel had very central setting very close to everything.

Our hotel was located near tourist attractions like aqualand costa adeje. Close to the airport, 35 min drive. The restaurant was located within 300 feet. We liked the fact that we chose we krap anugal.
